Girls basketball
Caston 49, Rossville 23 (Nov. 15): Isabel Scales scored 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Annie Harsh added a career-high 14 points for the Caston girls team in a
road win over Rossville on Nov. 15.
Both Scales and Harsh hit three 3-pointers each.
Caston also made as many free throws as Rossville attempted (9).
Caston jumped out to a 15-5 lead after one quarter and extended the lead to 29-11 at halftime.
Caston beat Rossville for the third straight year.
Rossville won the JV game 19-16. Camila Hernandez-Rios and Kylee Logan had six points each, and Kaitie Hutsell and Autumn Miller had two points each for Castpn.
