The Tippecanoe Valley Unified Flag Football team will play Carroll (Fort Wayne) in the Warsaw sectional quarterfinals Oct. 5.
The Tippecanoe Valley Unified Flag Football team drew Carroll (Fort Wayne) for the Warsaw sectional quarterfinals, per the IHSAA draw released Monday.
The Carroll-Valley winner will play New Haven, who received a bye, in the semifinals.
In the other half of the draw, Manchester will play Fort Wayne North Side, and Homestead will play Warsaw.
The entire sectional will be played Oct. 5. Admission is $5. Children age 5 and younger are admitted free.
Regionals are Oct. 12, and the state finals are at Grand Park Sports Event Center in Westfield on Oct. 19.
Valley is the one of 44 teams statewide entered in the field. This is the seventh year of the Unified Flag Football state tournament. Valley was the state runner-up in 2018 in the inaugural year of the tournament.
