Pioneer’s Ashlynn Brooke hit two free throws with 3.8 seconds left to secure the Indiana All-Stars’ 71-67 win over the Kentucky All-Stars at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis Saturday.
Brooke finished with eight points, two rebounds and two steals. Her plus-11 margin was the best on the team.
Brooke also had eight points, one rebound and one assist in Indiana’s 72-62 loss to Kentucky at the Sportscenter in Owensboro, Ky., Friday. Brooke’s plus-three margin tied for the team’s best.
Brooke’s first game with the Indiana All-Stars was a 102-75 loss to the Junior All-Stars at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis on June 7. Brooke had four points, three rebounds, two assists and two steals.
The Juniors made 18 of 39 3-point tries.
